Watching a Writer Write

I was wandering the streets of the Internet this morning when I ran across this interesting post by Scott Berkun where he both writes an essay and records his desktop as he does it. The narration is the kind of thing we all need to hear: writing is not easy, but it is not hard either. The creative process never is.
